Oops!
Did we make a mistake? We are so sorry! Unfortunately, it does happen on occasion. Please let us know as soon as possible to so we can make it right! We will send you a prepaid return label* and fix it for you.
Resizing
We know selecting your ring size can be tricky - and we want you to LOVE your ring and wear it always. Within 6 months of your ring purchase we offer one complimentary ring resizing - it’s easy! Contact us and we will send you a finger sizer and a prepaid return label*. All you have to do is let us know your preferred ring size and send your ring back to us so we can get it sized perfectly for you!
If you need a different chain length or bracelet size - the same policy applies. Within 6 months of your purchase we offer one complimentary adjustment. Just send the bracelet or necklace back to us and we will adjust the size. (please note for necklaces: if the chain length adjustment would affect the price, a fee to reflect the price difference will apply)
Please note : shipping charges apply for international orders. Adjustments and resizing may take up to 1 - 3 weeks.
Stamping + Personalization
We make a conscious effort to offer a wide variety of personalization options - fonts, layout and placement - allowing you to order a piece of jewelry that is perfect for you. Our pieces are laid out and stamped by hand - giving each piece a one-of-a-kind feel - lines are not always perfectly straight, reflecting the handmade nature of our jewelry. We do our best to represent the personalization options you give us; however, if you are unhappy with the layout or placement please contact us about a rework.
Fees are applied on a case by case basis.
We will stamp your piece exactly as it has been entered. Sometimes we catch spelling mistakes or grammatical errors and we will contact you to confirm the wording; however, it is your responsibility to check your spelling and grammar.

Broken chain
While our chains are delicate - we solder every jump ring to ensure they are strong and durable. Should your chain break for any reason we are happy to repair or exchange it for you.
0 - 4 months of order : We’ll fix it for you for free and send you a return label.*
4 - 12 months of order : We’ll fix it for you, we ask you to pay a fee to cover half the cost of a chain.
12 + months of order : We’ll fix it for you, we ask you to pay a fee to cover the full cost of a new chain.
Broken rings
Any wide inspirings that were purchased before June 2017 are eligible for a free repair. We have since updated our ring band material to a more sturdy band.
Repairs
Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, we will be happy to repair the item free of charge within 4 months of the original purchase date. You pay the cost of shipping and we will ship it back to you free of charge.
Repairs after the four month purchase date will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item.
All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If it is delivered in a state that is less than perfect due to the fault of Christina Kober Designs, please contact us as soon as possible for a complimentary repair.
Exchanges
We want you to love your Christina Kober Designs jewelry! If you’d like to exchange your piece, we’re happy to exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Non-personzalized pieces are returnable within 30 days of receipt of delivery as long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us so we can expect the return. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded for the full purchase price minus shipping and insurance cost.
Personalized pieces, such as customized wide inspiRINGs or fortune cookies, are returnable but we will deduct 30% of the purchase price of the returned item from your refund.
Every situation is different and we understand. These are our general policies, but we handle everything on a case by case basis. If your issue is not addressed here, don’t worry - we want to help you with whatever you need. Contact us so that we may help you with any questions you may have.
*At this time, we cannot provide international return labels.
