Handmade takes time - each piece of jewelry you order from Christina Kober Designs is made by hand just for you. Please add the following timelines to your shipping for an estimate of when you'll receive your piece.

|If you're placing an order on...
|Rush production ensures that your handmade jewelry will be prioritized and shipped within 1-2 business days. The fee for rush production is $20 per item, and you can select it before adding the item to your cart.|
|Please be aware that the $20 rush production fee is non-refundable and does not affect shipping times. If you select rush production for only one item in your order, that item will be made and shipped separately, while the rest of your order will be made according to our regular schedule and shipped when it's ready.|
|Please note : once your package leaves our studio, we cannot control shipping times. However, based on our experience, our suggestions for shipping options that increase your chances of receiving your gift on time. Unfortunately, carriers no longer guarantee ship times, so we cannot guarantee any shipping method.|

All items are shipped via insured USPS mail or UPS. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information (please read below, for more details on international shipping).
Every effort will be made to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us to discuss your timing needs.
Sometimes processing times may take longer depending on our ability to meet the order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, items occasionally may be purchased while materials are on backorder and will be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

We ship to Canada!
Shipping options are available through the USPS. Priority Mail and Express Mail options are tracked and include insurance and prepaid taxes and duties, First Class does not include tracking. If you would like a quote from another service, please contact us.

** First Class International includes tracking to the border of the US; however, once the package leaves the US, the tracking will not be updated.
Kindly be aware of any customs restrictions to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes will be prepaid by us and are included in the shipping price. All packages will be shipped with a customs form declaring the full value of the merchandise, that the item(s) is made in the USA, and declared as Merchandise (even if your order is a gift).
PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left the United States, we cannot guarantee tracking information will be updated. We cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take an indecipherable amount of time to be cleared by customs. We cannot take action on "missing" items until at least 45 days have passed.
Please contact us if you would like a quote for a faster shipping method or Registered Mail with international tracking information. We will be happy to check into available options, specific to your needs.
All orders are shipped using a 3rd party insurance carrier.
If you have not received your package we recommend first contacting your local post office with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items before 45 days after the item has shipped. Please contact us if something has gone awry, so that we may work with the third party insurance to resolve the issue.
