TEACHING

My career in jewelry didn't start because I wanted to make jewelry. It started because of my dad.

He owned a jewelry supply store in Atlanta. We sold tools, equipment, and materials to jewelers — but the real work was helping people. Giving them the knowledge they needed to use the equipment, create the piece, build a business. Working alongside him, I found myself drawn to the creative side of everything happening around me. All these people walking in and walking out with something beautiful they made with their own hands.

I also realized pretty quickly: if I was going to sell the tools, I needed to know how to use them.

What began as a practical decision turned into a genuine thirst for knowledge — and eventually grew into a very successful jewelry business of my own. Twenty years immersed in this industry will do that.

Now I'm in a different chapter. One where I'm craving more flexibility, more spaciousness, more giving back. And I keep coming back to where it all started — that store, that ethos of sharing knowledge so people could create.

The store has closed. But the opportunity to teach hasn't. I'm now offering classes at local jewelry schools, and I'd love for you to be part of what comes next.
