In the process of trying to order via online and replicate a necklace my friend purchased while we were in Franklin, Tennessee I was not happy with the initial results of the pendant that was mailed to me. After reaching out to customer service and inquiring about how I could obtain a replica of my friend’s pendant a second one was ordered and I returned the first with a 30% deduction per the company’s policy. I am more satisfied with the second pendant, however; the font is still not as large as I had hoped it would be and then maybe it is not possible to make it larger on this 3/4” inch pendant. It is definitely improved and I will wear it proudly because of the personalization I purchased. Imago Dei.
