STYLE | as seen on you

Some mornings, getting dressed is easy. Other mornings, it feels like you have absolutely nothing to wear.

You stand in front of a closet full of clothes, somehow sure none of them are right. Nothing feels like you. Every outfit feels like you're trying too hard or not trying enough.

a minimalist closet with white, tan t-shirts hanging next to white, black and blue jeans and sweaters hanging behind.

Some mornings, my mind is already racing before my feet even hit the floor. I'm thinking about everything I need to do before the day has even started.

On those days, picking out an outfit feels like one decision too many.

That's why I have a uniform.

Not one outfit, but a formula I can always come back to.

It's not something I wear every day. It's simply a combination I know looks good, feels good, and never makes me second-guess myself.

On the days I don't have the energy to decide or I'm simply feeling a little meh, I can reach for it knowing I'll feel comfortable. Confident. Like myself.

Years ago, that uniform was a maxi dress. I could throw one on with a pair of sandals and feel put together without much thought.

These days it's high-rise Levi's, a cropped tee, sunglasses with a little personality, and shoes that match my mood.

The same is true for my jewelry. There are pieces I wear every day because they hold the words and reminders I need most.

The clothes matter, the jewelry matters. Because they change how I move through the world.

It's how I feel when I put them on.

Your uniform might look nothing like mine.

Maybe it's linen pants and a button-down. Maybe it's dresses. Maybe it's black from head to toe. Maybe it's bright colors and sneakers.

None of those are wrong.

It isn't about dressing like someone else. It's about knowing what makes you feel confident, so on the hard mornings, you already know where to begin.

Then, something shifts.
We change.
Maybe it's a lifestyle change. Maybe your body changes. Maybe you cut your hair. Maybe a new word starts guiding you. Or maybe a new necklace you can't stop wearing.

The things we reach for evolve because we do.
It's never a reinvention.

It's simply a reflection of where you are in that moment.

Feeling confident doesn't always begin with confidence.

Sometimes it begins with reaching for the underwear that makes you feel a little sexier. The T-shirt that feels soft against your skin. The jeans that hug your curves in exactly the right way. Or the words hanging from your neck.

Wear what feels like you.

Above all, dress for yourself.

what I'm loving

A collection of everyday makeup and skincare products arranged on a clear acrylic tray in front of a bathroom mirror. The products include sunscreen, skincare spray, complexion stick, concealer, blush, lip balm, and brow products, with brushes stored in a vintage green glass cup. The neutral colors and soft pink accents create a simple, everyday beauty routine.

I've realized I like my makeup the same way I like getting dressed, I want it to feel easy.

This summer I've settled into a simple routine with a mix of drugstore and splurge products. Most days I wear the same basics, then change a few things depending on what I'm doing. If I'm headed to the pool, I might skip concealer and blush. If I'm going out to dinner, I'll add a little more color.

It takes the guesswork out of getting ready, and I still feel like myself.

One of my favorite things about making jewelry is seeing how the same piece looks on each person.

The wide ring has been one of our best sellers for years, and no two people wear it the same way.

  • On one hand it feels bold.

  • On another it feels delicate.

  • Some people wear it alone.

  • Others stack it with their favorite rings.

That's one of the things I love most about jewelry. There's no "right" way. It's wearing it your way.

If you're thinking about adding a wide ring to your collection, I also put together a Find Your Fit guide. Because the ring face is wider than the band, some people are more comfortable sizing up a half size.

However you wear it, it should feel like you.Three close-up photos show personalized sterling silver wide rings worn by three different people. Each ring has a different hand-stamped message and is worn on a different finger, showing how the same wide ring looks unique on every hand.

Together, the images show how the same wide ring can have a completely different look on each hand.

As you move through this week, I hope you reach for the things that make you feel most like yourself.

Maybe it's your favorite jeans. Maybe it's a well-loved T-shirt. Maybe it's the word you wear every day.

Whatever it is, wear what feels like you.
