tips + tricks | SHOPPING HELPERS

Nearly 40% of all Christina Kober purchases are gifts. We know how tricky it can be to get it right! So here are a few things that will help make your jewelry shopping experience a lovely one.

Gifting Options Are you giving a gift? Selecting “add gift wrap” includes a luxurious velvet ribbon and a small bit of greenery (artificial) for decoration. Let us know by checking the box labeled "add a gift note". Once the box is checked you can enter your gift note to the recipient. We'll include a handwritten note with your sweet words. Not sure what you want to say? Leave the gift note box empty and we'll include a blank note for you to fill in. Multiple gifts in your order We typically package pieces together to reduce waste; if you select “package separately”, we make sure to package pieces individually. For each piece in your order that is marked with this, we will package it separately. Shipping directly to the recipient? At check out you can enter their shipping address. If you don't want a packing list included, let us know in the notes section on the cart page as well. But make sure on your gift note you include your name!!!

Complimentary Resizing We know selecting your ring size can be tricky - especially when shopping online. And don’t get us started selecting the right size as a gift. We want you to love your jewelry and wear it always. Within 6 months of your purchase, we offer one complimentary ring resize. Contact us and we will mail you a finger sizer and Ship Kit with all the materials you need to return your ring. All you have to do is let us know your preferred ring size and send your ring back to us so we can get it sized perfectly for you! We also do the same with necklaces and bracelets.

Rush Production Did you wait until the last minute? Check the "rush your order" box when you're shopping and your order will go to the front of the queue! Rush orders are made and shipped within two business days and is $20 per piece. Do you have multiple items in your order? Rush production must be selected on each, individual piece of jewelry in your order to ensure your whole order will ship together. If one piece isn't checked, it will ship separately within our typical production timeline. Make sure you check your shipping speed Selecting rush production does not affect the transit time, but ensures your jewelry will be made and ship 1 - 2 business days after your order is placed.

Easily Add On We are happy to add pendants to existing bracelets and necklaces! Our new pendant studio makes it even easier! Find the pendant(s) you want to add and select “add to a necklace you own”. We will mail you a Ship Kit with all the materials you need to return your necklace and while we wait, we will make your pendant. When we receive your necklace, we will add the new pendant and send it right back! If you are giving it as a gift, mark it as a gift and we will include an image of the pendant we will be adding to their necklace!

Looking for More Info? If you're looking for a little more detail on the piece you're shopping for, look no further than the bottom right of each product's page. Click on each heading (description, personalization, sizing, metal, etc) to learn more. Each heading will reveal more information about the product you are shopping. personalization This section gives you the maximum character limit, and line break down. It will also let you know if other fonts are available, all the letters, numbers and symbols that are available. please note : while we do our best to catch spelling and grammatical errors, it is up to you to make sure your message reads how you want it. Make sure you pay attention to the line break down (1 is always the top of the piece and each line following will be lower on the piece). sizing This section will link to suggestions to finding the best size. It will also include sizing notes and tips specific to the piece you are shopping if applicable. metal This section breaks down the metals the product is available in and will provide a link for more information.
